This includes shifting limiting beliefs and behaviours to develop an authentic and flexible leadership style. You will develop a wide range of techniques, tools and approaches to put in your leadership kit bag.

By the end of your Leadership Program, you will know how to sustain the change, including self-coaching and skills to coach others. While we give you everything you need to be an effective leader, the results are in your hands. The more you put into your coaching, the more you will gain from it.

A: We have a range of Executive Leadership programs for both individuals and executive level teams. From the initial exploratory discussion, we develop a personalised program based on the goals you want to achieve and the effort required to achieve it. The investment in your development is based on the type of program we design for you, starting from $2100.
Leadership Programs range from 6 sessions over 2 – 3 months to a comprehensive 12 – 18 month executive coaching program, based on your needs. Additionally, group coaching for executive level teams may involve strategic planning sessions and a series of facilitated workshops over 3 – 6 months. We will continue to guide and support you for as long as it takes to achieve your goals.
A: At our initial meeting we will specifically identify what you want and need to achieve from your Executive or Business Coaching program. We determine how to measure success, including tangible and non-tangible measures and calculate the value based on what you will gain from your P2R program.
