Possibility to Reality was founded by certified master coach, Caroline Cameron. With a background in retail, health, insurance and sales from front line to executive roles she experienced a relentless stream of personal and professional changes.

As a senior organisational change management consultant, Caroline spent years writing endless strategies and plans which gathered dust on her clients’ shelves! Throughout her career she noticed that people always seem to struggle with change and set out on a mission to make change easier by her Change Management programs.

Fast forward 5 years, including extensive Business coach training and certification, Caroline uses a unique approach which cuts through the ‘change clutter’, goes to the core of the matter and makes change happen in a heartbeat.
