With over 25 years experience helping individuals, teams and organizations successfully manage change, we’ve been there too.  With such breadth and depth, we’ve developed exceptional understanding, finely tuned insight and extensive knowledge.

We have first hand experience gained from working in front-line, management and executive roles, as well as coaching, facilitating and consulting to over 30 different organizations across 15 industries.

What P2R Isn’t

We are not counsellors, psychologists or therapists.  We are, however, trained and experienced in personal and lifestyle change, business change management, leadership, mentoring, coaching, training and facilitation.

We are not promoting any type of spiritual path, spiritual training or spiritual guidance.  We provide solutions for all people seeking success in their life, regardless of their faith or religious affiliation.

We’re not an impersonal, intimidating consulting firm.  We don’t use a ‘one size fits all’ approach full of big words, theory and rhetoric.  Rather, our approach is tailored to your individual circumstances and desired outcome, where the application of ‘theory’ is subtle and relevant.

We are not part of a franchise and are not selling franchises. We are an independent, privately owned and run company working with a wide network of affiliated businesses to support our clients.
