Managing personal, professional and organisational change is a challenge for clinical and non-clinical staff, teachers, principals, lecturers, students and the government departments that support these fundamental services.

With broad and deep experience across the healthcare and education sectors, my unique perspective helps strengthen service delivery, redefine standards and improve the quality of care and learning.

My first career was working as a Play Therapist at Great Ormond Street Hospital for Sick Children in London. I still use the techniques I learnt and used to help children overcome their fear of hospital (and support anxious parents) to help people overcome their fear of change today!
