I coach many Australian and international clients in different time zones. Most P2R Individual Coaching Programs are conducted via Skype or Phone with a limited number of ‘in-person’ places available for clients in Melbourne, Australia.
The advantage of using Skype is that your sessions can be recorded and sent to you. You can play them back at any time and this saves you having to take copious notes!
