Able to focus 100% on the coaching discussion means you will gain far more from it and have a useful resource to refer to in years to come.

“When I first approached Caroline for coaching I was, as I described it to her at the time – like a boat at sea, stuck in the doldrums, with no wind in my sails and no clear direction to sail in. After my initial sessions, I began to find that wind- and the boat started to move.
